Food & Beverage SUPERVISOR  

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting all operations in regards to Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and also supervising the operation of The Cavern Bar. With a positive and energetic attitude, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training new staff, keeping track of checklists, placing and receiving orders, and ensuring health and safety standards. The F&B Supervisor may be asked to perform other tasks as the business sees fit.

Salary                :                           15$/hour


  • Assist with recruiting, and training
  • Maintain and supervise that health and safety standards are met on a daily basis
  • Take and serve orders to customers
  • Maintain all equipment/areas sanitary
  • Handle cash and other payment methods
  • Ensure a good working relationship between other departments
  • Collect and report to the Manager with regards to staff and tasks
  • Assist with the day to day tasks of the Cavern Bar and related entertainment
  • Be the decision maker when F&B manager is not present

  • The ability to climb ladders while carrying 10 lbs

Work conditions

  • Full time and part time
  • Community environment
  • Ability to be reached by front desk agents for support
  • Shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
  • The organization of work may vary according to the tourist season


  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Food Handler Certified
  • First aid certification (an asset)
  • Educated in other languages (an asset)
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in hospitality or business management (an asset)


  • Previous supervisory/management experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a tourism and hospitality setting
